ERA Cafe and Hookah Lounge WORST Hookah Lounge in Astoria.

This establishment is a huge rip off. Era Hookah Lounge is overpriced, way overpriced and it seems like they are still learning how to serve customers or what good customer service should look like.
When we walked in (four of us) we were told that the the area in the back was closed where the sofas were. Five minutes later a couple walked in and they were welcomed to sit in the lounge area in the back.
We ordered a couple of Hookahs and everything they coal had to be replaced we had to go searching for the waiter, who seems to impatient with was but more interested in his own hookah.
For a couple of Coco Cola and 3 hookahs, our bill was almost 80 bucks. Mean while the other areas around you would pay no more than 40 bucks.
Do be fooled, this dump is nothing special so dont waste your time, you are better off going to the many other lounges directly on Steinway street.
